Dear Members of the NEA Community,
Thank you for visiting neaheatlhcarereform.org. NEA’s Collective Bargaining and Member Advocacy Department (CBMA) decommissioned the site in October 2019. We launched it in 2013 to help NEA affiliates address the rapidly changing health care landscape triggered by the Affordable Care Act. The site allowed us to provide and quickly update introductory information, detailed analyses, strategies, and a lot more related to health care reform. The world of health benefits and health policy is still far from static, but the pace of new ACA developments has slowed significantly, making this site less necessary.
NEA’s CBMA remains on hand to support affiliates’ work on health benefits and health policy. You can reach out to CBMA staff using the NEA directory or through your state affiliate health care contact.
